We know you love having guests over, whether they're joining you for an important meeting, a day in the office, or just for a casual coffee chat. And we know your guests are busy and are always looking to save time - they need a quick and seamless entry and experience! So, we make sure they have the best experience when they come to meet - just like you would if they were coming to your physical office!

There are two ways to invite guests:

1. Space Invite - They come to your space (the room you invite them to) at the entrance and are free to explore.
2. Meeting Invite - They directly enter a private meeting with you.

These links do you not expire. Your guest can re-enter at a later time with the same link. To generate links that have an expiration date, please scroll down.

Here's how you can invite your guests:

1. Click the "Invite" icon in the bottom right panel.

2. Choose between "Space Invite" and "Meeting Invite". When you click on either of these, the invite link will be automatically copied. Send it to your guest.

If you choose "Space Invite" the guest will directly be able to enter your SoWork space.
